At SmartWaterMate, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Refunds

We accept refund requests within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Exceptions

Please note that the following items are non-refundable:

  • Used or damaged products not caused by transit
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers
  • Digital/downloadable content, if any
